Holy Trinity

Lesson 1

We have one God, which is a Trinity. Three separate persons, yet act as one.

1. In Matthew 28:19 are we to baptize in the name or names of God?

List each place that one person of the Holy Trinity was at the baptism of Jesus in Matthew 3:16-17 “And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him: And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.” We have all three persons of the Holy Trinity present at the same time in three different places.
