The followers of "The Faith" believed that there would be one resurrection of the saved and lost at the end of the world.  There were things about the resurrection in "The Faith" that they did not understand ("Mystery").
What they did not understand was that there would be two classes of resurrections, the saved (First Resurrection) and the lost (Second Resurrection).
The resurrection of the saved would be in three stages.  Israel was taught to harvest their crops in three stages, (1) firstfruits (tithe), (2) main harvest, and (3) the gleaning for the poor.  So also would be the resurrection of the saved, (1) Christ the firstfruits, (2) the main resurrection of the saved at the rapture, and (3) the gleaning of the saved at the 2nd coming of Jesus which would complete the resurrection of the saved.

The last resurrection is that of the lost.  This resurrection will be at the end of the world. This resurrection is known as the second death or second resurrection.

1. "For since by man came , by man came also the resurrection of
      the ."

  the  is not quenched."
7. The lost in their resurrected bodies of death will stand before the
    great white  of God.
(Revelation 20:11-13 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.

12  And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.

13  And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.)

was cast into the  of fire."
