The followers of "The Faith" believed that there would be one resurrection of the saved and lost at the end of the world.  There were things about the resurrection in "The Faith" that they did not understand ("Mystery").
What they did not understand was that there would be two classes of resurrections, the saved (First Resurrection) and the lost (Second Resurrection).
The resurrection of the saved would be in three stages.  Israel was taught to harvest their crops in three stages, (1) firstfruits (tithe), (2) main harvest, and (3) the gleaning for the poor.  So also would be the resurrection of the saved, (1) Christ the firstfruits, (2) the main resurrection of the saved at the rapture, and (3) the gleaning of the saved at the 2nd coming of Jesus which would complete the resurrection of the saved.

The first stage of the resurrection of the saved is Jesus and many of the O.T. Saints.

(Leviticus 23:22 And when ye reap the harvest of your land, thou shalt not make clean riddance of the corners of thy field when thou reapest, neither shalt thou gather any gleaning of thy harvest: thou shalt leave them unto the poor, and to the stranger: I am the LORD your God.)
3. The order of a Jewish harvest of a crop is   Choose one of the following.

received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands are raised and
they  and reign with Christ a thousand years.
(Revelation 20:4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.)
