There are two groups of angels that sinned before God.  The first group of angels that sinned against God are those who followed the Devil. One third of the angels followed the Devil.

Revelation 12:3-4 “And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. 4 And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.”

The second group of angels that sinned before God are the angels during the time of Noah.

Matthew 22:30 "For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven."

The children born to this sinful union were half human and half angel.   These children could do anything that they imagined; they were geniuses.

to question 6.

Genesis 6:4 “There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown."
