  Angels

Looking up from the inside of the Tabernacle you would see the red (blood of Jesus) covering the black (our sins).  

The third, last, covering is badger's skin (deep blue in color) and this would go all the way to the ground on each side and back of the Tabernacle.  Blue is symbolic of the heavenly origin of Jesus, ascension back to heaven, and the second coming.
